With low μ and steady triggers, ‖G‖ accumulates slowly while ‖F‖ lags — the population is carrying grievance it isn't admitting to itself. ‖δ‖ rises invisibly. When ‖δ‖ crosses the tipping threshold, a small trigger forces F to snap toward G across many agents simultaneously. The network erupts. ‖δ‖ collapses; ‖G‖ spikes. The trigger was small. The system was already loaded.
